sure ur jrpgs have hundreds of hours and dont ahnd hold whatever that means (btw they do theyre called online wikis and walkthroughs) but atleast call of duty and border lands have split screen to enjoy with friends,. not to mention imo they are better games to begin with and platyying alone and then with a friend doubles the play time where jrpgs u got to wait a decade to get a urge to play them again

get with the program, split screen is old and busted.

I didn't buy a nice plasma TV just to split the screen in half.

Then don't, you wouldn't have to use it...but don't stop other people from having the option of playing with their friends in the same room.

Not to mention, I used to play split-screen on a freaking 19 inch tv growing up...I can surely (and would gladly) share a 55 inch screen among 2-4 people.

Honestly, how can one share a screen via split? It bothered me then, it will kill me now.
