i dont even play online. whats up with that? i thought the ps3 had superior hardware?
Some parts of the PS3's hardware is superior, some parts of the 360's hardware is superior.
PS3 has a more powerful processor 360 has more RAM and a better GPU
Either way, the problem you're talking about isn't lag, it's your framerate dropping. Lag is when you're playing online and things are jumping around or bugging out in ways that they don't when playing an offline mode. Framerate is how fast the console can display new frames, higher framerate (30+, as long as it's consistent) just makes it feel smoother, where anything lower is visible, like a slide show.
Generally, it's well-known that PSN isn't as stable as Xbox L!VE. .
Wrong. This is a myth created by gold live users. For 2 years I used a crappy DSL connection without any lag or major issues. The only problem as others have mention is that the ps3's wifi is not good.
I just find it depressing that after i switched to PS3 I found out that multiplat games are inferior...
So xbox has better framerates. What does ps3 do better?
You just confirm you are trolling, specially when the COD games runs at the same framerates in both consoles. There is no difference between them besides some shading.
@people who bash CoD: i'm not a CoD lover, but i accept that it's fun to play it with my brothers and friends. You should accept that some people like FPS games. Everybody have different tastes.
