Okay so while the pic might be fake it's pretty much true.
When something goes mainstream, it becomes casualized especially for the Western market. It's just the truth. Japanese games tend to have more depth and challenge because the market their is more open to games that require thought and strategy. Speaking generally of course.
There has not been a truly challenging Japanese game since the SNES.....
