Capcom simply gives us what we ask for in the games starting with RE4.
- We wanted co-op, they gave it to us in RE5. - We wanted more action, we got it in RE6. - We wanted movement while firing, we got it in RE6.
Sadly, folks now want one of three things:
- Take the controls and gameplay back to it's roots: I bet when this happen, folks will complain about it being "old".
- Make it like Call of Duty.
- Stop making RE.
Overall, people don't know what they want.
U know, ur right Now that I think about it

I don't think you should put so much stock in what reviewers think about Revelations. Capcom knows RE6 was bad and it was just one of those times where reviewer and gamer sentiment actually matched up. As for RE:R, if the fans like it then that's all Capcom needs. The game was meant for the fans in the first place.

People will cry regardless of game, franchise, genre, graphics, characters, hairstyles, controls, disc color, box art, and their position relative to the moon's lunar cycle.
so who cares. --- Glad DmC shipped a million copies and was a success. Supporting risk-takers and change is how the industry grows. http://imgon.net/di-CFMD.gif

Actually the first game in the series to feature movement while shooting was Outbreak file 2, but you're not exactly wrong since that's not one of the main games. --- I am a dedicated member of the "Walter Sullivan Is Bad-Ass" group!!! They already said the next game will be going back to it's roots. This would never happen.

Already supported it on 3DS. Amazing.
Only great RE since RE4. The rest since RE4 have been poopy. --- It opens doors. Doors to the pleasures of heaven or hell I do not care which. Not a fan of the InteractiveMovieStation3. I like to play games, not movies.

The problem is that most "consumers" are never satisfied. Majority of these people like to call themselves "fans" as well. But most of the real "fans" will support a series thru all of its ups and downs. --- --> [ *este914* ] <-- Myth. Man. Legend.
