What a great game this is, both the single player and now unfortunately the multiplayer which has been put to rest.

It's such a shame that such a great online game is no longer playable.

Oh well! The story is pretty good anyway!

Anyone else love this game?

The first game (for being the first game) was good.
The second one was a bit of a let down. But the online on the second game was Leagues better.

Too bad that now since there is no more online the game just becomes a Story game. Since most of the latter quests and GR levels will be almost impossible to do solo.
It was a Good run, I loved WKC2.

I enjoyed the single player part of the game and the second game did a great job of improving on the combat but I felt the online portion of the game was terrible.

You would spend way too much time trying to get very rare items so that you could make a slightly better weapon and repeat the process. Even worse was that the online community was tiny. This made it very difficult to find people to run quests with which made getting those rare items an even larger pain in the ass.

I think this game could have been among the best RPGs if they just dropped the multiplayer and focused on the single player.

I remember being really hyped for that game, and then really disappointed when it came out...

Combat was boring, the story was boring, characters were forgettable, and that whole tacked-on "custom character" thing was just stupid. I remember my custom character just came off as the worlds greatest photobomber, all he did was hang around in the background looking awkward, I thought they at least could have tried to incorporate him into the story.

Never played the 2nd one.
