Simple. Turn off your PS3.

Play games with:

- Trophies that require online but the servers are no longer present.

- Trophies where the developers think that's the only game we will play for the entire year.

- Trophies that require DLC.

pick up a new hobby

you'll be spending more of your time on the new hobby to even care about 100% any game, hell you might even find it hard to play for more than an hour a day...

Lose your account. On my original account I had about 12 platinum ( this was years ago ). The one I was most proud of was Street Fighter 4. Once you lose a plat you know you worked your ass off to get, it all doesn't seem worth it anymore.

^ Pretty much. Trophies are the probably the most depressing thing you could get addicted to in your life.

This, or play on another system for a while that doesn't have them or you don't care about. I played a lot of Wii and PC games for a while (STEAM has achievements but didn't really care for those because it wasn't on PS3), I came back to PS3 and no desire whatsoever.
