I was just trying out the "GT6" demo and am surprised that it did not include any 3d options, I really hope it is included in the full release. This got me thinking, I don't think there have been any games released this year that are 3d. I really hope we see a few more on PS3, I am sure PS4 will have more because of the power boost but it sucks for gamers like me that actually like to play in 3d. So are any of the big games this year going to include 3d, or is this console just not powerful enough so they gave up on it until next gen?
I thought I read somewhere recently that Sony wasn't going to support 3D TVs anymore because the technology more or less failed to catch on with the general public as a whole. I could be wrong, but I thought I had read that somewhere (maybe IGN?) a couple of months back. --- Currently Playing: Halo 4 (360), Forza 3 (360), Paper Mario Sticker Star (3DS), Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One (PS3), Phantasy Star Online v2 (DC)
I own 9 games that have 3D capabilities. As for support they aren't dropping it but its not a major focus like it was before. Its kinda like on the backburner. Kinda like how UC3 wanted to make their game 3D capable vs DW games 3D option.
Umm .. what games were released with 3d support, anyway? I have to admit - not having a 3d tv, I have never looked.
Sly Collection, Jak Collection, God of War Collections, Uncharted 3, Ico/SotC Collection, Deadly Premonition Director's Cut, Assassin's Creed Revelations, Wipeout HD/Fury, Super Stardust...and many others I'm too lazy to look up. --- Now Playing: DKCR3D (9/10), The Last of Us(7.75/10), AC:New Leaf (9/10), Lego City Undercover (Wii U)
