Not only does it have an excellent and highly customizable job system, it actually has challenging boss battles all the way through. In other words, there's actual incentive to utilize a lot of strategy with the job system instead of mindlessly leveling up and beating everyone easily that way.
I often feel in terms of gameplay, FF5 might as well be the best FF. --- Monster Hunter Videos: www.youtube.com/blaze0070x Monster Hunter Livestream: www.livestream.com/blaze0x
Can you change jobs in Disgaea? I don't remember much but I thought you had to hire a new character for a new job or maybe you could reincarnate someone at level 1. That completely misses what was fun about FFT with trying to mix jobs and master several of them. I could be wrong can someone explain how it worked? --- http://backloggery.com/war_lion108
It may be PS1 but it's bigger than alot of PS2/3 games and has the retro feel. The job system is fun. By mastering 2 or more jobs you create new jobs. --- There's a time to laugh, there's a time to cry. There's a time to live, and there's a time to JUICE!
