Any play and like Dead Space 3? It looks awesome!

I loved dead Space, thought 2 was good, and now am looking to get into 3. Is it fun?

I purchased it about 3 weeks ago. So far, I've put about 4 hours into it maybe, and have no will to continue with the game.

its decent, but heavily recycled and bloated with padding.

I enjoyed it. Not as much as 1 but I certainly enjoyed it more than 2. More memorable set-pieces and areas, you aren't given wave after wave of enemies that it just gets monotonous, the weapon-crafting is pretty damn cool. The story though...eh...the fight over Ellie between Isaac and...whoever the hell the other guy is was very childish, and the idea that the moons are behind everything was kinda silly and over-the-top. Dead Space 2's story was better than 3's, that's one thing it excels at.

Though, just like Dead Space 1, the final boss, while enormous compared to you, is incredibly disappointingly easy.

I'm waiting for it to be dirt cheap to get it as I'm not sure I like the direction its going but I absolutely love the dead space lore

It was fun to play co-op though I didn't really care for the crafting. The areas weren't as interesting as the other 2 games but good enough for a playthrough.

it's pretty good for the most part

the ending sections drag on a bit though
