This is me and my sons favourite series. I realize education is very important. I want him to grow up and be successful. On the other hand though I know he's only going to be a kid once. The next gta game may not come out for another 5+ years, and by that age he might be too cool to play with his old man. This is some potentially great father son bonding time. It's also still very early in the school year so I doubt he will miss anything major like a test. A few days off school will not hurt him in the long run, but these are memories that will last a lifetime

The game isn't going anywhere. There's always after school or weekends

A - You don't have a kid.

B - Stealing a kid is not having a kid.

C - After A and B, this topic is stupid.

It's not the same as the first week when it's released. I want him to be able to stay up late and play the game. I dont want him to go to school with little sleep

Well that's just terrible parenting in my opinion. Responsibilities come first.

Nice parenting...

You should be spoon-feeding him with Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk 2 instead.

Teach your kid what life is all about. Not violence and cussing.

I doubt you have a kid. The way I have done it with my little siblings was complete all tasks at hand and then comes me time.It will be the same for my kids.

Don't really see what the problem is? San Andreas came out when I was 16, I went and got that, as I have done the rest of them before. I remember my mum buying me GTA 2 for the PS1 when I was off school Ill one day. And I believe I was like 11 yrs old.

I'm now 26 and I have not once murdered a single person.
