Except that dev DO NOT do anything new these days. It's always the same generic shooters and interactive movie, and milking the same the franchises to death. The main complaint about this gen is the LACK of innovation, creativity, originality, and variety. So yeah you don't know what you are talking about.

Or it could just be the lazy developers who refuse to add "CONTENT" and GAMEPLAY, and REPLAY VALUE to a game, and hoping their 5-6 hour linear QTE feista is worth the ridculous pricing of 60 bucks when one can get a game with tons of depth, replay value, and gameplay for 30-40 bucks or less now adays..
Seriously I just got done playing Tomb Raider, and Last of Us and they were come of the most linear boring games with generic content I've played in awhile.
Hell I thought I was playing Asura's Wraith at first on Tomb Raider as the game just wanted to do scripted crappy QTE for the first hour or so before some actual "GAMEPLAY"
