Depends on the style you want.
Budokai Style: Budokai HD Collection
Budokai Tenkaichi Style: Raging Blast 2
Dragon Ball Z Anime Style: Ultimate Tenkaichi
Behold and gaze upon the magnificent monstrosity what stands before thee; the beast of possibility.

Raging Blast 2 or 1 if you want more polished story content I guess.

Burst Limit if you want a more traditional fighter.

Ultimate Tenkaichi and battle of Z are really horrible and the HD collection was a sloppy HD port.

Wish they would just give us a good HD port of Budokai Tenkaichi 3 because that's all you need.

Agreed, the HD Collection should had been Budokai 3 & Budokai Tenkaichi 3. Two games that play differently, I saw no point in having Budokai 1.

I liked Tenkaichi 2 the best myself. The equipable stat buff system was a lot better in 2 then in 3. But I loved them both.

All the ones I played this gen just seemed dumbed down and simplified. I remember playing Tenkaichi 3 and struggling with some of the advanced tutorials then struggling even more to incorporate them into my play style. I also remember big 13-14 button combos.

Every one I played this gen was simplified to the point where the tutorials were over in 2 minutes and the combos consisted of pressing the attack button multiple times.

I still enjoyed them, but I think that's more a love of DBZ then a love of those games.
