Replacement Case

I've got the UK version, which came with 3 discs. Does anyone know where I can get an exact replacement dvd case for it? Can't seem to find the right one.

I'd strongly advise against keeping yours discs in the original case for Subsistence. In my experiences, the discs are very hard to remove from it without bending, and it cracked one of mine straight down the middle one time, obviously rendering it useless.
