Curious about the authenticity of a copy I bought (European version)

So I bought a new sealed copy of the European version of Subsistence with the third 'Existence' disc and whilst the discs inside are perfect I just want to clarify whether the case and packaging are original, and not that someone may have just bought a 3rd party case and fitted the cover sleeve... one of the little clips which holds the manual down was broken upon opening it which was suspicious.
Anyhow more to the point, the case is a Scanova 22mm case for 3 discs as shown in these links:

http://www.applegate.co.uk/listings/stock/riviera-multimedia-ltd/scanavo-3-way-black/007-0185-1379265.html

Could anyone confirm if this is the case used for the European version of Subsistence, sorry if this question seems silly but help would be appreciated :)

I'm happy to be of assistance.

The official case is indeed made by Scanavo, licensed by Pozzoli.

Thanks for the confirmation :) I guess the clip thing just happened to break out of bad luck :/ but damn those discs are a pain to remove, feels like they are going to snap as I try taking them out...

It uses the press down system. Just press down on the plastic in the middle and the disks will come right out.
