I have only two flashing red spots on the map that show where they are at, but the odd thing is, they aren't in ANY rooms. They're a little above the bottom right portion of the maze and I've opened up every door and all the doors have connected... but these two flashing red spots apparently aren't IN a room that I've seen... where are they at?

Look for white dots in rooms you have entered. They are doors you didn't use. Use em.

I've searched the map and I'm fairly positive that I've gotten ALL the white dots left.

The only one I can see is the one that leads to the Subspace Trophy room. I'm gonna' fire up the game right now and see if I'm just blind.

I'm looking at the map right now. The two flashing faces are all the way to the right, just a bit below the center of the screen. I see no white dots that I haven't entered aside from the trophy room.

The save room that is almost central to the maze map, there should be a door to the right of that entrance.

Sorry, that door should eventually lead to Olimar & Falcon.

I think you can even warp to that specific save room.

Go to the top right save area (the one with the warps to the other 3). There's a door to the right of it. There's a door ABOVE that door, just off screen, that everyone seems to miss. That should lead you there IIRC. I'm goin by memory though.
