I just spotted a similar article and came here to post it:
http://www.joystiq.com/2012/11/09/silicon-knights-v-epic-games-judgment/

Silicon Knights have been ordered to destroy all versions of game code and engine code, and recall and destroy all unsold copies of Too Human, The Box/Ritualist, The Sandman, X-Men Destiny, Siren in the Maelstrom.

The fine from the initial judgement has also been doubled to over $9m.

So I guess the existence of Silicon Knights can now be measured in days/weeks

Probably end up picking those games up for collecting purposes.

For the sake of preservation, to prevent things from falling into the abyss of time where they shall be lost forevermore. All parts of history must be kept intact, good or bad.

It will never have much value, there are far too many copies of this game out there.

i don't think they printed up too many copies of this game.
either way sucks for the people that worked there and had to deal with this.
i know that too human is my most played game this gen.
well over at 400 hrs.

mismanagement is always a problem. DD seems to be the problem here.
that x-men destiny game was basic but had great ideas.
i borrowed it and would not buy it new. i would still own it, just at a cheaper price.

guess we won't be getting a sequel to anything from these guys.
darn shame though.

It's not that hard to find, at least in my area. I have about 8 different GS stores within 10 minutes or so and according to their website they all have it used. I just picked up one for $2.99 used anyways.

An article for better insight. I use to sort of defend Dyack, but he's the worst and engineered the death of two great potential franchises (this and Eternal Darkness) by being a bad manager and not a nice person.

Just get rid of the m before kotaku to make it embiggable.

Really stinks.
