A. A main character who starts bad but turns good
B. Side character thats good but never really joins permanently(not important enough to get a magazine fold like Team Nora)
C. Villian, but not the main
D. The main villian(would be the first FF main villian revealed before the game's out)

BUT I don't think she'll just TURN good, I think it'll be more like she was confused before and decides to join your team for a common goal...(and maybe she leaves thereafter). Sooo...that kinda makes her like Beatrix I guess...
