Couple questions!

First the dwarf only gave me the stone cutter sword after going to the elven villiage how do I get the other ultimates?? and Also I can't go in that gave beside the forrest where I got the black onyx. it says it could callapse at any time? but the FAQ says that it's good for exp..how do I get in?
