Universal Century Gundam Online

For all those who did not know, Dimps did not only develop "Mobile Ops: The One Year War." Dimps also was in charge of the very first and only Gundam MMO to ever be created, UCGO. This game, based off the iconic and original setting of the original "Mobile Suit Gundam" anime, launched back in 2005 and was originally going to be an internation release for the world to play. However, due to indecisiveness about translating the game into various languages, it was shipped strictly to Japan, and as a result had very little success.

Just two years later the MMO was shut down permanently, losing a lot of potential gundam fans and MMO fans. Thanks to the efforts of those that did play the game, there are two different community groups who are reviving the game to play on private servers for free! I will list below the name of the website with the most complete build of the MMO. Follow the instructions, create an account, and you can be in the game before you know it. My name in-game is Heero Yuy as it is on this website. So if you need any assistance, or just would like to make a friend, feel free to message me here, or in the game. I look forward to seeing fellow EFFs on the battlefield against the Japanese!

Feel free to also go to this website if you are interested in petitioning for the release of Mobile Ops to NA. Although it is very unlikely at this point, it may give enough motivation to NamcoBandai to consider NA as a potential consumer for their games again.

Really at this point it might be better to petition them to make the game Region Free. They could release a Platinum Hits and make it Region Free and the few of us that still want it could just import it. That being said, I signed it. *crosses fingers* (indefinitely)
