Play-Asia Economy Shipping Question

#1DarkArithmeticPosted 2/15/2013 9:05:29 PM
Hey everyone, I've decided to finally buy this from play-asia for 69.99, just $10 more than what a regular priced new ps3 game is. So I said why not.

My question is how long did it take for some of you to get the game delivered, it says up to 21 days but did anyone get theirs quicker?

I ask because I'm moving soon and wondering if I should wait or not.

2~3 weeks.

If your lucky you get it within 10 days but that's like winning a lotto.

I've ordered tons from Play-Asia and it's usually about 20 days.

And I live in CA

Roughly what the others have said if you're moving to somewhere in NA. If you're moving to Tanzania or something it may take a good long while though...

West coast quickest I've gotten an economy package is a week and a half after ordering, but that only happened once. East coast I don't remember but it took at least two weeks.

When I ordered ACE:R, it took ~3 weeks (4 weeks including the stock delay). This game took me a week and a half.

Most of my economy shipments usually take about a week and a half to arrive (and I live in the eastern US), but 2nd OG took three weeks, for some reason. Bad luck in customs, I guess.

A week and a half is the usual time for their economy shipping. That's how long it took to get to me in the UK.

For me it's usually 10-12 working days after dispatch (this applies to all sellers from the Far East, not just Play Asia) . And BTW I also live in Southern California.

If you are moving in less than 3 weeks, I would wait, otherwise go for it.

Either way, I would shell out the extra cash for fedex. I have ordered quite a few things from PlayAsia, and I like the speed and peace of mind (tracking, insurance etc). If $15-20 extra on a game is going to break the bank, perhaps importing is not a field you should get in to.
