i was wondering if they took it out or i cant figure it out but didnt there used to be a command that made the soldiers charge the enemy position cus i really liked using that
Yes, that used to be available for your Assault team, but it isn't exactly anymore. You can replicate it by "moving" your Assault team onto or very near (without cover in between) the Germans you want to take out. Not sure how far in you are yet, but all squads, and particularly the Assault squad have a new option, though. When they're close enough to an enemy position, their "covering fire" command becomes a grenade instead, indicating that they will assault the position using grenades. So, you're better off moving your Assault team behind cover, but close enough to the Germans that they have that option. Then BOOM!
That tactic is especially useful in certain situations where you have a Base of Fire team and/or the MG team, and there aren't a lot (or any) true flanking options. Have the Base and/or MG team suppress the Germans, and have your Assault team progressively move over barriers, taking cover, until they're close enough to assault it with grenades. :)
