Does it matter if I start with the Custom Classes Mod instead of vanilla?

Okay, I've beaten the game before, but it's been SO long ago that I've completely forgotten 95% of the game.

I wanted to play again and I heard about this mod that revamps the job system and makes the advance jobs earlier than normal (most notably the Necromancer one, which I distinctly remember not ever getting). So how good is this mod, and how different is it from the vanilla game in terms of difficulty and other stuff?

I've always wondered, if God sent his only son to Earth and we are all his children, does that mean we're all women?

Harder at first as many monsters stats are increased however the new class system changes make non bonus bosses easier as you master more classes.

So would you recommend the Custom Classes mod for my first run?

I would. Being able to set 3 abilities for all classes is very nice. That and not having to wait till you beat the game to get the new jobs is great.

It's my first time going through the game and I'm starting with this mod.
If you think you'll enjoy it, than why not? =)
