Standard Unid prices?

I'm seeing a big difference in what people claim is the "general" price for unid 62/63s.

63 weaps - ?
62 weaps - useless or do people buy these?
62-63 belts - ?
60+ rings - ?

I'm hearing everything from 250 to 500k for 63 weaps, and 200k for 60+ rings/belts? Anyone with experience selling, I'd appreciate some input. Thanks!

Unid prices are whatever you can trick people into buying them for.

Should add I've been using this (http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/6019852613) as a reference but I don't know if it's actually good buying prices.

62 = lol. Rings and amulets sell for 500k, everything else is worthless.

63 armor = 200k.
63 one handers (NOT MIGHTY WEAPONS) = 500k.
63 2 handers = no one wants them
63 hellion crossbow = 900k
63 mighty weapons = unid and vendor it.
