What is a good fps rate with all settings on high?

60+?

Mine's only around 40+ with everything on high (no AA) and it might dip to around 30-35 or so, but that none of that is really noticeable. Though for my PC, that's amazing...so I'll take it.

Well, I'd say 30 is the playable level, but 60 is your optimum level.

I can't really tell the difference when my framerate goes over 60, but the difference between 30 and 60 is pretty big. Here's a little comparison: http://boallen.com/fps-compare.html

at 60 there is no lag or anything it is impossible to see; at 15 it is shuddering I am calling you out.

Because for me below 30 bothers me. And above aroundish 40-45 I cannot tell a difference. (of anything between 40ish to 60ish)

You won't be getting an accurate reading from the beta most likely.

Blizzard have said it won't be totally optimized until retail.
