Can my computer run this?

Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T8100 @ 2.10 GHz

3 GB Ram

Nvidia GeForce 8400M GS

I had problems running STOTR, but it ran on low settings, can I run Diablo III?

yeah. if you can run stotr. you ll run D3 atleast. don t like your cpu tho. and the 8400M might be an older 8000 series

Kind of dated, ran the beta fine, except for the 4 columns you get zergeg by skeletons had a few minor sputters there.

i'm shopping around for a new pc and am just wondering if someone could tell me which of these desktops/laptops would be able to run diablo 3 on max settings smoothly...

Desktop 1:

Processor- Intel® Core™ i3-2120 3.3GHz (3MB Cache) with Hyper-Threading Technology
Graphics Card- 1GB GDDR5 NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 545
Ram- 4GB Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1333MHz

Desktop 2:

Processor- Intel® Core™ i5-2320 3.0GHz (6MB Cache) with Turbo Boost Technology 2.0
Graphics Card- 1GB GDDR5 NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 555
Ram- 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1333MHz

Laptop 1:

Processor- 2nd Generation Intel® Core™ i5-2450M (3MB Cache, up to 3.1GHz w/ Turbo Boost 2.0)
Graphics Card- 1 GB DDR5 NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 650M with Optimus™
Ram- 6GB Dual Channel DDR3 1600MHz

Laptop 2:

Processor- 3rd Generation Intel® Core™ i7-3610QM (6MB Cache, up to 3.3GHz w/ Turbo Boost 2.0)
Graphics Card- 2 GB DDR5 NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 650M with Optimus™
Ram- 6GB Dual Channel DDR3 1600MHz

thanks in advance...

again, just wondering if each of these computers would be able to run diablo 3 smoothly on max settings, and if not, which ones can't...

also, if you could, would the difference in performance between desktops 1 & 2 and laptops 1 & 2 be very significant, or just a minor jump in performance (would it be worth it to spend a little more and go with desktop 2, or go with the cheaper desktop 1, and same for the laptops)...

thanks again, i appreciate any help...
