Buy for one flat out price, and that's it.

The only extra you'll be paying is for expansions that come out down the line.

I have no qualms about spending cash on the RMAH. I could see buying stacks of consumables for example, or possibly the last item needed for a complete set if I have no luck farming it myself.

The draw (and addiction) of the game is farming and pulling that slot machine handle "one more time" though.

You can donate to charity and treat it as monthly fee.
