Please bring back rune words and charms

Or at the very least charms... This game, in terms of gear, has many "walls" which are encountered. Essentially, after certain points you need huge upgrades in gold spent to get stat increases that are worth it. Charms would be a great way to accommodate such players. Like in D2, you can still have ones are worth a ton, but have those that provide somewhat significant increases on the lower end. Look at if your gear is damaged based for example... Say you need more vit or all res. Charms could help with that, instead of having to buy a new piece of gear for millions of gold. It would assist those players that don't have a ton of gold and create more variability for players that do.

I must have been the only person who thought charm management in D2 was irritating as all hell.

If Blizzard ever grants MORE comfort space in bags/stash, it'll only be in a charm-free world.

However, I did like that it allowed for smoother stat adjusting, you could easily trade +4 all resist for +10 strength or whatever. They were narrow with stats, like how WoW's trinkets are (became). So while the Timmies in here want the "as many as you want", the actual solution is probably like three charm equip slots, which go to like 100 of a stat or 65-65 twins.

Then again, that made more sense in D2 with a diverse stat budget and thresholds/soft caps, while D3 is just "get more stat" rather than twisting the balance of a dozen dials.
Ever squish your face on a window? Looks funny. Ever got stuck?

I'm all for runes coming back if they give us weapons that could be worded. As it stands, that's not possible.

If they do bring them back, triple-socket armor will jump in price.

il agree with charms as long as you can only 1 to 2 charms on inventory and not fill up the whole thing
So Is Metroid's gun a part of his armor or is he a cyborg like Data from Star Wars?
