On a drought

For the past week or so, I hadn't found a single loot that is worth over 5m. Not too keen on crafting ammy either, it seems like I'm throwing my gold away...haha.

That is the whole point. Rich people need to spend to make the market prices drop. This gold sink (along with the Marquis gems costing an arm/leg to make/unsocket) are the best things to happen since sliced bread!!

^^ Not only this, but the market is also saturated. Stuff that sold for a few millions barely sell for a one million these days...

The whole point is once again Blizzard tries to sneak in a way to get people to spend more money while simultaneously devaluing the gear they do have that's worth money, just like they do with every patch. Making it appear to be a change for the better. But they don't fool me.
