How much does Gamestop give for a Wii?

They are doing double store credit for all system trade ins right now, so I'm thinking about trading mine in(I have a Wii U preordered).

$50.

So it'd be $100 during the double store credit deal.

Honestly i think you are better off selling it on Amazon or ebay, but if GameStop is your only option then go for it.

As for how much they will give you? I don't know, but it's probably not going to be much(big surprise there).

Anything about $50 would surprise me. I've seen pawn shops offer used Wii's for that.

Had a friend that wanted to sell his Wii, but they refused to take it being that it was an early model. they didn't tell him how much they would pay for one of the later models.

In Canada at an EB Games I was offered $30 in trade in credit, I have a black wii that came with wii sports and resort games. I just decided to keep it, I think its too late in its life to bother trading it in, just box it up or sell it but even kijiji you can grab one for $40-50 so they arent seen as worth much

It sells for $30, so I got $60.

You might want to wait a few weeks since you're getting a Wii U.
Gamestop always has good trade-in offers during a new console's release. For instance, during the 3DS's launch, you could trade in your DS for up to a $100 trade in value towards a new 3DS.
They always offer more money if you use your trade-in to buy a new system.
