I really love both Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword, but I doubt I will replay them more than once.
Above all, I'd say that Other M and the Prime Trilogy will be what keeps me coming back to the Wii. --- Now Playing:Black, Castlevania Rebirth, Perfect Dark, Pilotwings 64, Road Rash 64, Skyward Sword, TrackMania Wii, Wave Race 64

Everything else I've played feel like one playthrough is enough, or the replay value/multiplayer isn't good enough to keep me off of other games I replay regularly. Though, S&P would probably get more time if I wasn't stuck on my 2nd run on hard mode on the last boss, and Excitebots could have been a hit in my house with 4 player local instead of just two.
There's also Metal Slug Anthology that I regularly play at a friend's house, but for my own I think I'll go for the PS2 version so all of my collection games have the same label.

Mario Kart Wii and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Mario Kart has awesome on-line and Brawl is mad fun as a local multiplayer game. --- Speaking on condition of anonymity.
