Going from casual to polite in one sentence.
Your Japanese needs brushing up!
Flawless katakana speech though.

Yay thanks :D I really should pick it up again, it's been a while :)

He said: "I am learning Japanese as well but at the moment I'm not using it a lot. It's a shame isn't it?"

I wouldn't have used the verb Narau and I would have used a hodo in there to make it sound more natural with a touch of " I'm not using it as much as I'd like"

But anyways, keep it up guys, every travel starts with one step.
Look where my english level is at now. ;)

Ah, okay. I haven't learned how to use "hodo," and "narau" is the only verb I know (at this moment) that means "to learn" or something like it.
#15ArylliesPosted 3/23/2013 8:03:21 AM
Nothing wrong with narau. The ubiquitous" benkyou shi teiru " may come more easily when talking about things being learned at a basic level.

Enjoy the study and feel free to ask if you have any questions.

One nice japanese proverb for you using narau.

Narau yori nare yo.
(literal translation being: Rather than learning, practice)
It's close to the english "Practice makes perfect"

Enjoy. ;)

Oh, I forgot about "benkyou." It's one of the first words I learned, too. :/ So much for recall.

Thanks for the encouragement and the tips, Aryllies. Benkyoushinakereba ikemasen....

As for the actual topic:
I wouldn't dare to guess because I obviously have no clue!

There are no developers for FF vs 13 since SquEnix discovered that every FF fan only wants Lightning games.

I think SE outsourced Versus because they don't really care anymore.
The new dev? 3D Realms.
