What the hell is LTC

Google links back to this board, and searching links to two topics- one condemning it, one praising it.

So, anyone care to explain?

LTC: Low Turn Count.

Basically, it's an admittedly pointless thing where you try to win the game in as few turns as possible. However, this means forsaking a great deal of experience and requires Prepromotes, decreasing the number further. In addition, there is no reward for it, as the game gives you nothing. Not even a rank.

I can't think of anything better to put here, so read something else.

^That seems like a rather biased description of it, but maybe I'm reading too much into it. An LTC (Low Turn Count )playthrough is a playthrough where the objective is to complete the game in as few turns as possible.

But I answered the question, and that answer on its own was unbiased. The rest was biased as hell though.

The point is you could say that about any playthrough.

Female playthrough: A playthrough where you only use female and forced units. However this means forsaking a great deal of playable characters and requires female units, decreasing the number further. In addition, there is no reward for it, as the game gives you nothing. Not even a rank.

Hell no type of playthrough gives you anything other than the ending and a +1 to your clear total (and maybe an entry for whoever had your most kills or something, I forget).

Except many females are superior to males. Mia>other TBs, Jill>Haar (Debatable, but she doubles he doesn't), and various others I can't be bothered to think of right now. Including Elincia, but she...has no males of the same class, so...yeah.

What does that have to do with anything I just said?

I'm saying...I don't really know. I've beaten the game 6 times (I was miscounting when I said 7) and still haven't done an LTC, but for that matter, the only real one I did was...none of them. Once I brought all 3 archers, but I used more than just them so that's invalid.

Haha, what? Said "answer" included the word "pointless." Try again.
