The reason for that is because both this and NEO are single-player games. Pro tip: you can usually find out the number of players a game allows by clicking on the "Images" link and then clicking the box art image for your edition of the game. The back of the box will show you how many players can participate in the game (the box art images for both EXA and NEO, for example, clearly show "1 Player" on the lower left side of the back of the box). --- The magic words are squeamish ossifrage.
it would have been great if there was multiplayer or some kind, but you'll find that most ps2 games ignored that feature (online multiplayer, that is). the AI allies are incredibly stupid --- You just lost the game.
