Cried when i heard about it (good nostalgia). Cried when i found out it was the polar opposite of everything i loved from banjo 1 and 2. hopefully rare will one day make banjo threeie. (died a little on the inside).

Here's a handkerchief. I feel your sorrow, friend.

I was pleased with the change since BK & BT were redone for XBLA.

Rare has been considering a banjo kazooie game for the 3ds.

the thing that has bugged me about this game is that it was made simply to remind you of the older games, it does nothing to inspire new gamers to play the seris (i.e. all the music is just remixs of the old games music and banjo land and none of the new worlds are intresting)

the other thing i am not too keen on is that all the jiggys are marked on a map for you when half the fun of the older games was figureing out where to go to find the next jiggy also because you can move anywhere in the game very easily with a chopper it takes away from the platforming IMO

i hope that next time they make a banjo game it will be more than a trip down memory lane cos if thats what i want then i will just replay the older games

I have always despised xbox, but if they released a new banjo game on the 360 I would instantly go and buy a 360 purely for that (and the enhanced ports)...

this is exactly how I feel, its not like mario, were you know what to do by the title of the star episode thing, you went into a BK level and had to explore yourself, figuring out puzzles and were everything is, back then the internet was small and no gamer really used it, so you were on your own

today, like in this game, your basically given the whole plot, were to go, how to do this and that, were every item is, the gamers of today are being treated like babies

heck even rare serectly mentioned in this bk game that the BT levels "were hard for today gamers" telling them that gamers of the 00s wouldn't handle BT levels

Doc Then tell me, "Future Boy", who's President in the US in 1985?
Marty: Ronald Reagan. Doc: Ronald Reagan? The actor!!

Best way to look at this game is to see it as essentially Crash Team Racing of Banjo and Kazooie.

This game is the reason I got a 360. I was disappointed.
