Is there a way to reset your skills and reallocate your points? Or would you have to make a new character?

Sometimes in life you get lucky, and other times you get screwed.
Unfortunately for me, I have been getting neither.

When you get to the first "big" city ,there's an NPC there that resets your skill points.
Of course you'll see more of the same NPC as you progress.

But you won't be able to reset masteries

It costs 250g per point and doubles each time to a max of 45k each point .

There's also TQ defiler... you might consider it cheating, but it's fun to do at least post-game so you can try out all the cool skills you wouldn't ever have even seen otherwise.

good to know. I take it there is no way to refund the stat points you get?

Not without cheating, but since you also can't change your mastery, you shouldn't need to.
