Iron Man

Hm? you're right Stuflames! I need to approach this technically, like I did with my IM vs MC posts. *ponders* Ok, I'm going to have to go with Deadpool, because his ability to teleport gives him a considerably large advantage against IM. As far as weaponry is concerned, I'm going to say they are pretty evenly matched. Deadpool being the ace mercenary that he is must certainly be able to get his hands on all sorts of fun little gadgets and toys to give IM a helluva hard time. Tony on the other hand isn't exactly a slouch in the fire power field either. Dead pool has the ability to instantly heal himself and IM has an incredibly durable suit of armor. This has easily been the hardest decision I've ever made in regards to char vs char battles, but I gotta give it to Deadpool.

Pft! Deadpool won't even have time to use his healing, Iron Man will fall so fast that Deapool would have already slit Iron Man's throat! I never said Iron Man was in his Gold Titanium alloy armor.

Teleportation is useless against Iron Man...(isn't Deadpool's tech?) I read a comic where he re-routed the Mandarin's teleportation frequency to teleport right into Spider-Man's fist. Yeah. So Iron Man would win methinks.

Iron Man!!!! coz Iron Man would always find a way of improving his suit or himself to kill of anybody. so if he can make it better, Iron Man would win.

well, if mystique can beat Iron man using an inhibitor for the armor, maybe dead pool has a chance, but combat? you can teleport right behind im and stlii be in for a lot of pain.
