Well you can open and close the menu to change the way enemies are facing. Hitting enemies from behind and then running away doesn't cost any stamina.

Oh, make sure to keep your distance though, enemy movements are a bit limited, so they sometimes move in weird directions, particularly annoying is when they turn around and walk back the way they came.

Don't dodge.
Change shadow's direction via open & close menu. May have to do a few times.

can i date a girl here? is yukari n mitsuru dateable?

They're both dateable a bit later in the game, I don't remember the exact dates but you need maxed Charm for Yukari and you need to ace one of the exams and maxed academics for Mitsuru.
