Definitely get 100 skill points in the sage's special skill tree (Can't remember what it is). Get the level 40 sage scroll, which allows you to use twocus pocus, which allows you to cast two spells in one turn. You can get the quest from a bookshelf in Gittingham Palace.

At what point of the game? The main game? Are you fighting Grotto bosses or low level Legacy bosses? Moderate/high level Legacy bosses?

I'm in post game. Just started fighting baramos. (lvl 7 now) I've completed many 90+ grottoes as well.

Just a warning, your Sage is going to very quickly start losing his usefulness as you start leveling Legacy bosses past 40.

The bosses start getting 3 attacks per round and a Sage simply can't keep up at this point. And Twocus Pocus doesn't work because you're doing A: Sacrificing a turn and B: taking a Risk of Disruptive Wave. Even Kazing becomes pointless after a while and you start using Yggdrasil leaves.

A low level Baramos is still easy though, he won't cause you many problems until 40-50. I'm talking about the harder bosses.

You thought you were done with your Priest? How wrong you were!

Are you suggesting sticking with my priest? My sage character also has a level 99 priest that he could switch to instead. If so, what are good skill setups for priests?
