Known MKS, LMS, and Gem Slime Maps

The original one died, surprisingly. So I'm reprinting the info provided by foifoi2, plus I'll add ohitsthatguy1's spreadsheet link (requires a google account to download), and the critical legend ohitsthatguy1 forgot to put into the spreadsheet itself.

Disclaimer: All of the following map names are the ones we know have been used for MKS, LMS, and Gem Slime only maps. If you find one of these maps, it does NOT mean you will have an MKS, LMS, or Gem Slime only-floor. You could even have the same name, be the same map type (eg. Water), start with the same level of enemies, have the same number of chests, have the same level of chests on each floor, have the exact same map layout, have the same boss, and have the same number of floors yet still not have a MKS/LMS/Gem Slime only floor. Therefor if you find one, do not expect to have these floors, and there are likely more variations in map names and levels that produce the same, just that this list helps narrow down whether you should check out the map.

Addition to MKS: Thanks to MelonGx, the map Type and Hex Data added (guessing for the Save Editor...don't know, haven't used it yet). Added more data about finders, and one problem with one map that was likely forced and not natural (Bronze Crypt of Dread Lv.84).

so i took all of these maps and threw them through the quality calculator and got a bunch of these:

Ruby Path of Doom, Lv87
[6B] 170-185,190-213
[54] 166-169,180-201,210-219
->2: 180-185,190-201,210-213

Silver Marsh of Bane, lv58
[5D] 120-136,150-153
[8A] 114-119,140-147
[73] 112-133
->2: 114-133

Steel Lair of Regret Lv40
[0E] 108-119,130
[3B] 108-116,120,130-133
->2: 108-116,130

etc.

I then proceeded to put all that quality data into an excel sheet to easily see how many special floor grottoes are on certain qualities. here are my results for anybody interested:

file form (excel):
https://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0B_d2wAlBFYyFZWVmOTE1ZTItNjYxYy00NzNhLWE0NWYtMTJlZjgyY2I2Yzhh&authkey=CPjBvdgG&hl=en

i can add the google doc ver if enough people w/o excel request it.

Makeshift Legend:

Name of map in light blue and/or row is bordered: confirmed by atpages calculator to have metal-only floors. You'll notice that SMoB 58, though known to have MKS-only, is not in blue/bordered b/c the calculator does not verify. I did this because I could not verify each map myself and thus relied on the information I was provided.

red/blue/yellow box: 1 instance/location of the map occurring at the specified quality.
purple/green/orange box: 2 instances/locations of the map occurring at the specified quality.
black box: 3 instances/locations of the map occurring at the specified quality.

Some of the map names occur multiple times because they have multiple rank/seed combinations that produce special floors. As I cannot verify which rank/seed is being mentioned in OP's list, I put all of them into the spreadsheet.

Currently, this is the information i have to work with. I will update the excel sheet as I make progress on verification of known maps, adding new maps, etc.

I said the original, not the other one I posted. I mean foifoi2's topic:

Unless there's another one that has since been posted that I somehow overlooked?

Ya, this shouldn't be stickied, it should be FAQed.

We have more than enough stickies or DQ9. FAQ's are easier for users to work with (as well as writers).
