| The accrue jp/xp skills are from the arithmetician class I believe, as for the chaos blade, its on the bottom floor of midnights deep (the bonus dungeon) on the boss's platform treasure hunting is required. Venetian Shield is only available during the "Disorder in the Order" quest late in the game, the one where you fight some former knights turned thiefs at the Brigands' Den (I think the quest starts at the castle)

| well theres a few ways, you can catch some from ninjas at high levels, and getting them from multiplayer.
