cant find war of the lions in PS store for vita?

Have any of you tried buying this title off the PS store for your ps vita?

I tried searching Final fantasy tactics, and War of the lions but i cant get any hits.
all i get is the Japanese version...

transfer from ps3?

from my vita i cant find it.
is it because my region is in asia?

Yes. Unless by "in Asia" you mean "in Japan", WotL was not released in your territory through PSN.
