There's your first problem. "Gamer" isn't a thing. Either every single person who plays any one game for any small amount of time is a gamer, or nobody is. You can't really exclude anyone from this since they don't play competitive/deeply immersive games.

He's running an implicit 'No True Scotsman' fallacy. He doesn't know it, but that's the core of his argument. "True gamers" won't like the game, therefore... blah, blah, blah...

Because facts have nothing to do with anything. He's going to throw as much crap against the wall as possible.


First, who is going to 'quad-box' this game? Is he planning on running a bot-farm?

And while there a some game amenable to multi-boxing, this one isn't. It's just pointless as it requires active, constant input to make the game work. So, right off the bat, I pegged him for someone who's making crap up so he can 'justify' his trolling.

But he's not even a good BSer because it's been so unrealistic.

It's easier then you think with the right equipment. Also, look up "team wizzy" on youtube. They were a group of wizards that would one shot (aoe nuke) zergs down. Because 4 of them doing it at the same moment kills things.

But you bring up a good point. DAoc I needed macros, so if this game doesn't allow for those, I probably can't multi-box anyway.
