Play the game dammit, what's up with everybody these days who want to make builds before getting to try their hands with the game?
The game is skill based more than stat based anyway so a build is worthless if you don't know how to play.
Because some people enjoy fiddling with stat point stuff to learn how it works so they don't make uber-gimp the useless right out of the box.
Well, it kind of doesn't matter since you can respec at anytime for 71 copper per point. That is 49 silver 70 copper at level 80 (70 points). Not only that, at level 40 and 60, you are forced to purchased Master and Grandmaster Training Manual, which reset your traits anyways. Source is from Guild Wars 2 Wiki.
