level 80 Warrior exotic gear: Knight or Berserker set?

Not sure which set to go with. Basically a choice between toughness and crit damage.

Berserker. Precision isn't nearly as good without high crit damage.

Toughness alone is... bleh. If you're really going for a tanky build you need some toughness, vit, and healing. You need traits that heal you when you use shouts and weapon swap. Toughness alone won't do jack.

Wiat. Go for the Knight's gear with a Defense/Tactics/Arms build : 30/20/20

Along with the Might runes in your weapons, that makes you very hard to kill and your damage isn't that bad either. I'm using that build and it's working just fine.

What weapons does that build use?

Well at the moment it's using Axe + shield as main set and either Greatsword or Rifle as secondary.

I want to use Sword + shield as main & 2h Hammer as secondary, but I cannot as I dont have the weapons and the TP is down lol.

Knight is really, really good, just because it gives you a good balance between staying alive and damage. Its also a viable set for both going pure damage (maximum damage will come from melee, and having some toughness helps with that), as well as going support/control.

Once you can afford several sets, then the story's different, but if you can only get one, I'd pick knight over anything else.
