I really hate that any time you put a hood on, your character shaves their head.

Nitpicking, I know. Stills bugs me.

I agree 100%, I hate that my female characters go bald wearing a hood. It makes them look awful, so I almostq always end up hiding the hoods.

they need an option to disable the hair clipping issue. I'd rather have it clip and look unrealistic than look bald
This is sadly epic. Like two hobos fighting over a piece of bread under a bridge.-Wave Master http://i49.tinypic.com/33fdohv.png

Or just add some generic hair tufts visible under the hood that matches whatever your hair color is. Anything is better than being bald.

I hate that. I think if a developer is going to put in hats, they need a model for each hairstyle that would covered by the hat.

Hair 1 = Hat 1
Hair 2 = Hat 2
Hair 3 = Hat 3

etc.

It's not that hard. It just takes time to make all those hats.

I don't think this was the case at release. I remember having some hair while wearing the celebration cap. It changed around Halloween or so.
No idea if it was intentional, though, haven't seen a dev post regarding it anyway.
