Cecils armor is basically bolted to his skin. So he's Spawn.

No Overly long red cape or steel chains though. Vincent jacked the former, and Nomura in general spams the latter in the form of belts.

Also Cecil didn't have nearly as much moodyness and self pity as Al did.
