A lot of it needs to be in context. I mean, what do speedlings do against an FFE wall? Not much.
In the same way, using cannons to deny Zerg's third while you FFE is your way to apply early pressure in the context of P going FFE, and it is not an all in.
Against Terran, you can always go 1 gate expand and chrono your first Stalker and harass with your Zealot/Stalker.
