Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty

I'm not saying they need one or anything, but in both games, they've never had a single melee unit. The firebat is the closest they've come, but it's still a short range ranged unit. In the terran campaign, you can research these robotic cat things that are melee, but that's basically it, and they don't count.

I'm just wondering if there's any possibility for it.

SCVs are melee units!

I don't expect there to be any (multiplayer) Terran melee combat units. Having guns is their schtick.
