Go to Playstation Store > Add-Ons > Disc-Based Game Add-Ons > E-L > GT5 Add-Ons > GT5 Racing Car Pack.
I have been playing countless hours of GT5, because I really want the trophy.
When I first started playing GT5 a long time ago, right after it came out, I had alot of trouble earning money so I could: buys better cars or cars required to beat races within each of the A-Spec or B-Spec series. I am not new to the GT Series and have played GT1, 2 for PS1, GT 3, 4 for PS2, so it was no surpise to me that it was incredibly hard to earn credits. GT5 was frustrating and I was tired of earning $40,000 to $80,000 a race. I also didn't feel that a few hundred thousand was sufficient for an endurance race. I mean, come on.... the GT Formula cost $5 Million if you buy it from the online dealership, and it cost $1 Million to restore the Rigidity + perform an Engine Overhaul (500K a piece.) So, to make a long story short....here is how to do it.
1. Be online on your PS3. 2. Go to GT Life > Seasonal Events > Choose your desired online race.
Online A-Spec Challenge No. 2 (Closing date unknown) Track: Tokyo R246 Laps: 3 Laps Total Race Time: Approx. 6-7 minutes Racing Difficulty: Easy (in my opinion, because the fully upgraded GT 12 is more than enough to get 1st every time.) Entry Requirements: 500PP (Performance Points) or less Car: Toyota 86 GT '12 Racing Upgrades: All + Medium Racing Tires Money: $303,000 per race (If you get 1st place.) Experience: Approx. 35,000
Note: I was given the car automatically when I first started playing GT5. However, if you do not receive it, go to the new car dealership and buy it for $30,000. I think it is well worth it, since you will get 10x that much for getting first. Also, the race isn't that difficult when the car is fully upgraded with racing tires.
Note #2: I am currently receiving 200% per race, which means I get $606,000 + around 70,000 Exp per race. If you want money, this is definitely the way to get rich in GT5 quickly.
Final Note: The best way to earn money (Credits) the fastest in GT5 is by doing Seasonal Events.
I hope this helps for those who are struggling and feel free to check out my youtube channel :)
I do Special Stage Route 5 in the Online A - Spec Challange No. 3. With the 200% online login bonus it gets me 895,000 Credits and about 113,000 (I think) EXP per race, with the race being about 6 1/2 to 7 minutes. I use the Nissan Xanavi Nismo Z '06 Premium car tuned to 650PP and easily win the race every time with lap times of about late 1:16 to early 1:17. I end up being first by about 17+ seconds.
Current Playing: Wipeout Series (PS1, N64, PS2, PS3, PSP), Forza Motorsport Series (Xbox, Xbox 360).
