If I'm not wrong, which doesn't happen often, WiiWare will be up and running when this comes out. It would be cool to download more tools or something when this is out. But they could do the same thing without WiiWare, couldn't they?

As far as I know, no game supports downloadable content for Wii. I highly doubt that this game would be the first. As far as needing WiiWare, I would think so since DLC kinda falls in that area.

This is true. It pissed me off when guitar hero release DLC the same day as the games release. The biggest way to tell everyone you just want to cash in.
